Billing and subscriptions
Subscription payments are processed by Flitt, a third-party payment processor. Per our terms, payments made are generally non-refundable except where required by Georgian law; if you have a billing dispute, include your account email and the approximate date and amount of the charge when you contact us.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please email the address above with details instead of filing a public issue, so it can be investigated before any public disclosure.
